Performance
Clay is malleable when mixed with water, retains its shape when dried, and is fired to make it hard and durable. Clay from different origins have different chemical compositions, mineral compositions, particle sizes, and plasticity, so similar products from different manufacturers can vary widely.
- High strength and low weight: the breaking strength of the terracotta panel is above 4KN, the average bending strength is above 13.5MPa, and it can be cut at will. Most of the hollow structures are used, with light weight and good sound insulation, which can reduce noise by more than 9dB and increase thermal resistance at the same time. , improve thermal insulation performance.
- Stable material performance and good durability: The acid and alkali resistance grade of terracotta board is UA grade, frost resistance, fire resistance and non-combustion, and the combustion grade of the material can reach the non-combustible body grade A in the national standard.
- Various colors, small color difference and simple style: The color of the terracotta board is the natural color of the clay after being fired at high temperature, which will never fade and last forever. Common colors are divided into three color systems: red, yellow and gray, which can be widely used in interior and exterior wall decoration of various public buildings and high-end residences.
- Easy to clean: The metal content of terracotta board is low, no static electricity is generated, it is not easy to absorb dust, and it can be cleaned by rain.
